Weight Watchers

I’ve truly observed to use these “P’s” in my weight loss and my maintenance journey.

First is Persistence. I have to be persistent in sticking to my eating plan. If I slip up or make a bad choice, I get right back in there and make good choices again.

Second is Patience. There are almost always weeks in which my size remained exactly the same and when I failed to notice the improvements I’d been working hard for. I’ve been forced to learn to really show patience with my own internal system and also with my thinking when transitioning to this specific brand-new life-style. I am capable of doing this, and it also improves if I am not so tough on my own self.

The last is Prayer. Personally, I really need this power I obtain through praying each day. I ask The Lord to grant me the ability in making suitable decisions and also conquer temptations that can threaten me. Then I put the efforts in to refrain from bad choices and be organized with my own meal selections.
